Deepãvali at the Queens Museum – 1:00 p.m.

Celebration of Deepãvali – in collaboration with the Queens Museum.

We have been celebrating Deepãvali at the Queens Museum for the past several years with Art Workshop, followed by cultural entertainment program.

This year, similar to last year, instead of the audience being just spectators, they have the opportunity to become part of the Dandia (dancing by tapping each others’ sticks to the rhythm of the music) program!

This is a ‘Must Attend’ event, which brings awareness of our vibrant and colorful culture to our local community. Please come in large numbers.
